COVID-19 Clinic Update
Due to the current restrictions in place, we have again increased our safety measures in clinic.
At this time we are only able to offer clients essential veterinary services including the alleviation of conditions causing animals pain, distress or illness
If you have a query that is not urgent, including (but not limited to) the below examples:
- You would like to request flea or worm treatment for your pet (we do have some restrictions from MPI on providing these items – clinic staff will advise)
- You would like to request non-prescription food for your pet (we do have some restrictions from MPI on providing these items – clinic staff will advise)
Please email the clinic at [email protected] with your query or what you would like to order (other than repeat prescriptions). Please include important details including your first and last name and your pets name, as well as any information about your pets wellbeing that will assist in our response to you.
If you have an emergency, urgent query or to request medication repeats, please phone the clinic on 332 4313.
If you are coming in for an appointment, our door will be locked. We ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the clinic when you arrive.
One of our team members will advise you where to leave your pet for collection by clinic staff and your appointment will be conducted over the phone with the Veterinarian. If medication is needed, clinic staff will bring them to the back of the clinic and advise you where to collect them from.
We appreciate your understanding around the current service that we are able to provide. We also ask for your patience as we try to prioritise emergency care over non-urgent requests. Please expect some delay in our responses.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause while we try to navigate the current situation.
All the best everyone and take care.
